How do I get a quote/ check availability?

Send us an email, submit a booking inquiry through our ‘your booking’ section or call us. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

What information do you need for a quote?

  • Your name, phone and email
  • Venue name and address- if known
  • Type of function
  • Function start/end time, or estimated performance duration
  • Brief details of theme if applicable

 

What information do you need for a booking?

  • Your address
  • The name and mobile contact on the day
  • Exact venue location and address, including specific room at venue
  • The time can the performer(s) access the venue to set-up
  • Time performer(s) need to be set up by (this is usually 30 mins before start time)
  • Change room/ green room information (if applicable)

 

How do I secure the booking?

We prefer to receive initial confirmation in writing (this is usually by email). From there we will send you your booking agreement and invoice, which outlines the requirement of a 20% deposit payable by XXXXX. Please send us confirmation of deposit payment and the signed booking agreement.

 

How do I pay for my entertainment?

Our preferred payment method is by direct deposit or cheque, with details provided on the invoice.

 

I can’t find the entertainment I would like

Can’t find what you are looking for? That’s ok! We are here to help, and are happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have and work with the performers where possible to achieve these requirements. If it isn’t listed on our website that’s ok, we often source the type of entertainment you require.

 

Where can I see your acts performing?

Some of our bands and performers have regular gigs at public venues. Where possible, we may be able to organise for you to have a quick look at a private function. Feel free to take a look at our Facebook or the gig guide for details on any upcoming public performances.

 

Do you have any demos or set lists of your acts that I can view?

You will find many of our entertainers have Vimeo or audio clips attached to the entertainers profile under the ‘Entertainment’ section. Where possible we have also attached downloadable PDF’s of the bands set lists and additional requirements. Feel free to contact us if video or audio samples haven’t been provided, or if you would like any additional information.

 

How long do bands play for?

Our quotes are usually based on 3 hour calls, with the band playing 3 by 45 minute sets during this time. We can of course easily arrange different call times. For example, at weddings the band is often requested to play just after the ceremony and then for 3 hours at the reception.

 

Who provides PA (Audio) systems?

Usually the performers provide their own PA system, as we will discuss with you in the quote. Otherwise we can arrange for a PA system to be provided.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my entertainment booking due to an emergency?

If you need to cancel your booked entertainment, you need to let us know immediately in a written notification. Unfortunately, deposits cannot be refunded.

 

Are there any additional costs that may occur?

The fee quoted is for the act to arrive and perform in the specified time frame as stated in the quote.

The quote or booking agreement will also outline other costs to be supplied or paid for for by the client. This can parking, staging, PA, meals or refreshments.

If performers are from interstate or need to travel a reasonable distance, then airfares, transport costs, accommodation, any meals and transfers will also need to be booked and paid for by the client unless arranged otherwise.
