Playing versions of lots of old and new tunes "“ whether you want to sing along or just relax "“ they are the duo for your next function! Girl Friday can also sling together a five piece band including vocals, guitar, bass, drums and saxophone: so if you love their sound but want it bigger, you can have it. Girl Friday Band features Kim Sellers on vocals, Charles Holyman on guitar, Brett Carson on bass, Scott Cashion on saxophone & keys and Lewis Elliott on drums!

Playing cool songs from the 70's, 80's, 90's and some modern tunes; the aim of the band is to bring back to life songs that have been forgotten but are really awesome. Songs from artists such as; Sophie B Hawkins, Kim Wilde, Rock Melons, Rolling Stones, Sia, U2, Divinyls, Amy Winehouse, Sharon Jones, Blondie, Pretenders, Transvision Vamp, Go-Gos, and Bryan Ferry to name a few. The band has oodles of experience in corporate gigs and brings a high level of professionalism and fun to performances. Girl Friday Band's repertoire easily covers both laid-back and dance music suitable for all booking requirements.

We recently had Girl Friday perform at our Annual Real Estate awards night in Hobart, they were fantastic!! Not only are they super professional and so easy to work with, they also sound amazing!! Kim’s voice is beautiful, and we had sooo many people comment on them. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Once again thank you so much Saturday night. So many people commented on how fantastic you were and asked where on earth I found you guys. Even the venue’s function manager and staff commented on how great you were. We had a range of different aged guests that commented on the great range of music and that they were very impressed. Our state manager also advised that he would 100% be more than happy to book you guys again and recommend you to others. The only complaint we had was that the night ended too quickly and people didn’t have enough time to get up and dance. Well done to both of you, it was a fantastic night!
