It's 1890 and and an enthusiastic Henry "Wheeler Dealer" Cartwright has arrived in Hobart to astound the sleepy locals with his entrepreneurial skills. But Henry's in for a shock when he finds the place is not so sleepy and he's not the only sharp knife in the drawer.
