Thelma Drive blends funk, jazz and neo-soul, creating smooth grooves and laid-back vibes. They play all around Hobart including Mona, the Taste, Franko Street eats, republic bar and more, bringing a relaxed energy but also incorporating technical sophisticated aspects inspired by Hiatus Kaiyote.

Inspired by Hiatus kaiyote, Led zeppelin, the police, Dr Reknaw, Esperanza Spalding, Tom Misch and Stevie wonder. Playing covers of these bands has helped develop their sound and influenced their original work.
