    Amy Pegg is a singer, guitarist, and songwriter, from Tasmania, Australia. Influenced by a wide range of artists from those provided by her father such as Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty and The Doors. To artists that Amy grew up inspired by such as, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and The Veronicas. Amy crafts songs that blend elements of Pop, Country, Blues and Folk. Her sweet vocal tone, hand in hand with her relatable songs, ranging from warm soulful tunes to anthems, with heartfelt lyrics, portraying stories of personal hardship and triumphs.   Live, her simplified, honest and raw performance have earned Amy significant momentum in the Tasmanian music scene. Having performed at renowned Tasmanian festivals including Party in the Paddock, Festivale Tasmania, Tamar Valley Folk Festival, and more.   Amy began playing guitar when she was eight years old and performing to audiences since she was twelve. As Amy got older she found that she was wanting to sing songs that told her experiences and then began writing her own material in late 2014. Amy released her first single, ‘Out of My League’ in 2017. She then released her debut EP, ‘Players’ in October of 2019. Amy shared her music with people around the state on an album tour, during which she opened for famous Australian country artist Troy Cassar-Daley in Queenstown, Tasmania. Amy has then gone on to release more music with her singles ‘Long Way Home’ and just released ‘Draw the Line’. Amy is currently working away in the studio with new music on the horizon.

In Hobart he can be found playing at Wrest Point Casino, Salamanca, Mona, New Sydney Hotel, Republic, Beachfront 32, Coterie Coal Valley and at numerous corporate events. He tailors his performance to suit the occasion, whether it is background guitar solos or classic songs from the 60’s, 70’s or 80’s. He is able to read the audience and modify the repertoire to the event. Billy is known as the crooner of Hobart.

Billy & Randal-  Billy & Randal play a mix of classic favourites such as Leonard Cohen, Bill Withers , Eric Clapton etc .as well as a large swing / jazz & blues repertoire. Playing for many years as a resident act at Wrest Point, they have a high class sound that works anywhere” playing at quality venues such as Henry Jones,… New Sydney Hotel…, MONA Billy & Randal have a perfect mix for functions, cocktail parties, bars etc Jamie & Billy A- trained singer from the Tasmanian Conservatorium of music, Jamie Taylor has been singing soul, jazz-  & rock around Hobart for several years and- also fronts her own original band, Lazerbaby.- Billy Whitton, this duo mixes music from classic pop, rock and soul… and can also specialise in a jazz, blues mix when required. Tilly & Billy Tilly, influenced by recent artists such as Madeline Peyroux, Amy Winehouse, and classic jazz singer Billie Holiday is the owner of a beautiful voice and is much admired by all in the music industry.- With Billy, they cover classic torch ballads, using and jazz numbers but can also include Billy’s crooning styles or earthy blues numbers. Centered around listening type audiences or background at functions, their swing tunes are also good for a dance or two.- Tilly & Billy can also enlist two extra musicians to create a four piece band if this better suits your occasion.     Blueflies are a 4-piece originals/covers band with Paul Huxtable lead vocals and guitar, Steve Rogerson lead guitar and vocals, Jeff Reeve bass guitar and Kevin Regan drums Blueflies are sure to appeal to lovers of Blues and Roots. Paul and Steve started playing together as a duo in 1995 thru to 1998,-  known as ‘Helen’s Idea’, with residences at the Good Woman Inn and the Blue Note during that time. In 1999 Jeff Reeve joined the band on bass guitar. The trio continued playing blues venues around Hobart notably the Republic Bar from 2000.-  In 2004 Kevin joined on drums. Along with originals penned over the last couple of years, they also cover songs in tribute past masters; Willie Dixon, BB King, JJ Cale, Tom Petty, Tony Joe White and living masters, Buddy Guy, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Jonny Lang, Tom Waits, Ben Harper, Mavis Staples, Bonnie Raitt and more. There is always something special or unexpected with this band having such an extensive catalogue. Paul’s vocals and rhythm guitar, Steve’s firing guitar solos plus the- rhythm section of Jeff and Kevin keeping it tight.-  They provide a top night’s entertainment and always have something to keep the dancers happy.

    Originating in Tasmania’s central north coast, Don’t Come Monday have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with on the Tasmanian music scene. Since 2015, the four-piece group have been performing along Tasmania’s North, from Musselroe Bay to Marrawah and everywhere in between. The passion of the group is to create and perform original music with lyrics about life, love, loss, peace, home, hope, happiness and, true to reality – the flip side of it all. Stylistically, the band’s music oozes the blues, infused through rock, folk, funk, reggae, country and punk arrangements alike. All delivered in a distinctly Tasmanian fashion. ‘Hangman’ (2022) is the band’s second single, after independently releasing the controversial and brutally honest, ‘Convenience (Will Kill Us),’ from the six-track ‘Hands of Time’ EP in 2020 to widespread positive response. The band boasts multiple decades of combined musical and performance experience, with prolific songwriter Rob Rose (Thongs and Socks Collective, FOLKUS) on lead vocals, Grant Hearps (Golden Sunbird, Home Brewed Blues, Swell Magnet) on bass, Fintan McCullough (Tessa Lee and The Cold Weather Band, Midnight Messengers) on guitar, and Rick Lovell (Billy Rocket Band, Paradigm, Fireball) on drums. Over the years of gigging, Don’t Come Monday have been fortunate enough to share the bill with such acclaimed Australian artists as Johnny Diesel, Things of Stone and Wood, The Pete Cornelius Band, The Bad Dad Orchestra, Claire Anne Taylor, The Saxons, Canning Duck, Raccoon Dog, Radio Street Band, The Sheyana Band, Cotton Pony, Big Alcatraz, Whalebone, Adapt, and many more. With a new release to promote, and a busy gigging schedule lined up for the coming months, the band are excited and ready to go full steam ahead promoting the audio and video release of ‘Hangman’.     Finn Seccombe is a diverse singer/guitarist playing styles ranging from pop through soul, RnB, reggae to straight jazz. He is usually accompanied by Simon Reid on guitar or bass and if Simon is already booked, with Kelly Ottoway. Finn has recorded several albums of his own, the most recent being Trumps “˜Derailed’. These songs are all loosely in the genre of roots reggae, perfect for any outdoor festival or live music event, and can be performed as duo or alternatively, depending on budget, with the full band. You can expect a high energy performance with soulful vocals and rhythmic innovative guitar work. Simon and Finn’s guitar styles, although quite different complement each other and they are always coming up with new and exiting ways to approach the repertoire.

While they usually play as a duo, they will also provide a three to five piece band when required. Hui and Peter bring to you, music that is harmonious, whimsical, evocative, soulful, foot stomping and infectious and together, they are captivating.

    Jane Morris is a freelance singer, flautist and recording artist specialising in many genres of music including Irish, Jazz and Folk and Classical music. An accomplished and versatile musician, her instruments include all members of the flute family, Irish whistles and voice. Over the last two decades,-  performance opportunities have taken her around-  the world including all over Australia, Singapore, Ireland and the US, playing with various bands, ensembles & orchestras. Jane studied flute (Bmus Performance) at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA)- and the College of Music in Dublin. Whilst in Ireland, working as a freelance flautist, she travelled extensively performing at various venues- including the- Town Hall Theatre (GALWAY),- Christchurch Cathedral, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral,- RTE studios and the- National Concert Hall (DUBLIN). Moving back to WA in 2005, Jane established-  performance opportunities with resident gigs and regular touring. As a flautist highlights include performing at the American National Flute Association convention in Times Square NYC (2009), the- Bell Awards at the- Wharf Theatre in Sydney (2011), the Australian Flute Festival in Adelaide (2009) and Canberra (2011) and Mary Poppins at the Theatre Royal in Hobart (2018). Performance highlights as a vocalist include the Fly By Night Club,- WA (2014), Albany Entertainment Centre WA , (2014/2017), Fairbridge Festival WA- (2014/2017), Ellington Jazz Club WA (2010/2014) – MONA ,TAS The Void (2017) & The Nolan Gallery (2018), Devonport Jazz Festival, TAS (2017/2018), Dark Mofo Winterfeast Festival, TAS (2017/2018) , Oz Manouche Jazz Festival, QLD (2018) and the Taste of Tasmania Festival, TAS (2018/2019). This minstrel has captured the ears of many, from street corners to sold out venues all across the world supporting the likes of Passenger, Matt Corby, The Cat Empire & Stu Larsen, since leaving school at the age of 16. Jed’s tunes start off like many other folk songs, but once they get going tend to give you a big old punch in the heart-strings. For Jed, it really is all about the music and his deep passion, actualized by his simplistic yet authentic approach is both impressive and rare. Since 2012, Jed has created 4 independent records and toured the UK/EU/IRE/AUS circuit many times over, wiped the records from any online presence and recorded his self-titled album in 2016 with Chris Vallejo in Sydney, with albums no.6 & no.7 already written and recorded.

    Louise has been performing, writing, and recording music for over 25 years locally and interstate. Starting off in her early days, as a teenager, she was writing folk tunes, then she progressed to an original punk band where she had the role as lead singer and rhythm guitarist. The band, Hazchem, recorded and released an EP titled ‘Flat Out’. In later years, while raising a family, Louise branched out further in the music scene by teaching guitar and vocals at various local schools, and continued with live gigs, performing a range of folk, blues and jazz – originals and covers. Every now and then she might slip in a cheeky punk tune from the old days. Louise performs at events, vineyards, local venues, and functions, solo and in various different ensembles.
