Double J Duo is an acoustic covers duo originating from Hobart, Tasmania. Consisting of Joe Abbott and James Alcock, this musical pair brings a blend of rock, pop, and soulful ballads to their performances that range from the 1970s through to current hits.

James Alcock finds inspiration in the classics, from the likes of Def Leppard, Pink Floyd, and U2, as well as INXS. Joe Abbott's influences stem from contemporary artists such as Rob Thomas, Pete Murray, and The Fray, infusing the duo's repertoire with familiar songs that resonate with audiences.

Together, Joe and James have performed venues in Tasmania, including Brewlab, The Craigie Knowe Vineyard, the Mayfair Hotel, and The Twisted Lime.
