The Hobart Function Band formed in 2015 when the musicians were hand-picked to perform at the inaugural Rolex event at Constitution Dock for the conclusion of the Sydney - Hobart Yacht Race.

Since then, along with further Rolex performances in 2016, 17, 18 and 19, they have performed for many major events, parties and weddings at such venues as The Hobart Grand Chancellor, Wrest Point Casino, Frogmore Creek and Home Hill wineries, The Derwent Sailing Squadron and Crowne Plaza Hobart.

The band members are professional, highly skilled and experienced; consequently the Band’s sound is tight and dynamic and includes exceptional vocal harmonies.
