In August Company are an acoustic duo based in Launceston, playing acoustic rock and pop covers from a range of artists including, Powderfinger, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eric Clapton, Vance Joy, Pearl Jam, The Black Keys and many more. They are perfect for the beer garden, restaurant, pub, festival or private function and can keep it relaxed or rock it up.

Matt Girkin (lead vocals and guitar) & Matt Carter (backing vocals and guitar) have both been playing music for over 20 years in various bands and musical projects.
