WhyJuly are a diverse musical duo based out of Launceston, Tasmania comprised of seasoned musicians Caitie Griffin and Andrew Richardson and although relatively new to working together they have a combined total of 45 years experience within the music scene of Tasmania, with this experience WhyJuly have worked hard to build valuable and lasting relationships with venues, booking agents and private clients alike.

Caitie who is often described as a powerhouse vocalist takes the lead within WhyJuly, her range and vocal maturity takes Caitie from belting out power hits in one moment to amping up the emotions with tender ballad without missing a beat.

Not to be overshadowed, guitarist Andrew brings a consistent energy and passion, the voice between songs and he can often be heard welcoming new faces and telling the odd dad joke.

Andrew never fails to entertain when he gives Caitie a break and takes the lead vocally on various pub classics.
