    DJ Randall Foxx
    Randall Foxx is a DJ, performer and an artist with a passion for great music and Dj-ing.   Randall’s career as a DJ began in the late 1990s with two turntables and a crate of records. After playing drums and various instruments from a very young age mixing beats came naturally and within a short space of time Randall was playing house parties around Melbourne, immediately showcasing his ability as a super tight performer and smooth mixer.   Now with over 15 years experience as a DJ Randall Foxx has a long list of highlights and has played along side some massive and highly regarded DJ’s from Australia and around the globe including Fergie, The Potbelleez, The Presets, John Course, Eric Powell, Ian Carey and many more. He has an innate ability to read the crowd before a headliner and provide the simmer before the storm or alternatively perform in the prime set and rock a party, as well as being a consistent support act for many club events including One Love and Ministry of Sound. Randall has also operated his own funk club playing 70’s mash up and groove and performed at numerous private events, cafes and festivals.   In 2009 a venture overseas to London saw Randall work in event production as well as DJ’ing for The DJ Agency, a London based artist and Event Company. As well as delving into the London house music scene Randall played a variety of gigs and musical styles from Electro- pop for poolside VIP parties, down beat and dub tunes for cocktail events and straight up house club sets in Piccadilly and Clapham.   Musically his sound is diverse and dependent on the crowd the event and the requirements. Everything from banging electro house to beach side chilled is within his repertoire. Straight up and down house, break beats, hip-hop, chilled sounds and 80’s inspired old school are just some of the sounds covered. In the last 2 years his sound has changed to incorporate his own remixes and a growing love for mash up and party tunes. A 2-year relocation to Sydney in 2010 saw Randall play at Soho, The Palace and other great venues around Sydney and he also travels interstate to DJ regularly.   Over the last 3 years Randall Foxx has performed at numerous festivals, events and venues such as;   Taste of Tasmania Mona 42 Days of Music Festival Two/4 Festival Spiegeltent Botanica Bar The Den Rude Boy Star Bar (Launceston) Revolver (Melb) The Docks (Melb)   Randall’s up front beats and intrinsic ability to play a myriad of Styles has seen him booked consistently for private shows, weddings, Corporate events and festivals. As we roll in to 2021 Randall Foxx is hard at work preparing to showcase his ability as an entertaining and passionate DJ that delivers premium music for all of your needs.

He started his tuneful voyage of dj’ing at an extremely young age of 14. His expedition in this field began by playing at a number of private and corporate parties. This music lover and artist has been assisted and groomed by his mentor Rohan Abraham and his buddy DJ Avin. Before long DJ Rikin started whirling his mixes at clubs and discotheques in and around Mumbai. A man who gathers inspiration from International influential artists such as Carl Cox, Hardwell and The Swedish house mafia and some Indian DJs namely Dj Nasha, Suketu, Akbar Sami and Dj Aqeel Ali.     DJ ROBOTIKUS

    ROBOTIKUS is an Australian electronic act and live DJ headed by Hobart local Scott Targett. Their original music is influenced by the Disco, Funk, and House pioneers of the 1970’s & 80’s. It’s a fresh blend of synth-pop, fused with contagious vocal hooks, classic drum tones, and groovy guitar. Targett, a seasoned musician, has been professionally playing most his life. In 2007, his Melbourne-band, Dukes of Windsor, signed to Island/Universal records. They kept a persistent touring/recording schedule, the “ËśDukes’ made their way to the top of the Australian ARIA charts, remaining in the top 50 for 20 consecutive weeks and became the ARIA #1 club song of 2007. Now based in Hobart, Tasmania, Scott’s focus has turned to ROBOTIKUS, of which he is responsible for most of the production, and performs weekly on the local scene. The band’s latest release on the Casablanca Sunset label, “Blame It On The Devil,”Âť features a groovy beach side guitar riff with precise electronic production, jazzy keys, and a rhythmic falsetto vocal. A true music fan, Scott tailors his sets to different musical situations and can often be heard mixing a Michael Jackson classic alongside a top 40 pop gem or the latest ROBOTIKUS release. Locally, ROBOTIKUS has performed sets at Falls Festival, MONA, Junction Arts Festival and Taste of Tasmania as well as club nights around some of Hobart’s more iconic haunts.

    Double J Duo is an acoustic covers duo originating from Hobart, Tasmania. Consisting of Joe Abbott and James Alcock, this musical pair brings a blend of rock, pop, and soulful ballads to their performances that range from the 1970s through to current hits. James Alcock finds inspiration in the classics, from the likes of Def Leppard, Pink Floyd, and U2, as well as INXS. Joe Abbott’s influences stem from contemporary artists such as Rob Thomas, Pete Murray, and The Fray, infusing the duo’s repertoire with familiar songs that resonate with audiences.     Duncan “Sticks” Warburton
    Duncan Warburton (also known as Sticks) has been performing live music in Tasmania for the past last 20 years. Based in Hobart, Duncan performs as a solo artist on guitar and vocals, and is also a member of a successful acoustic duo, ‘Sticks and Kane’.  He has also performed as a lead guitarist in a number of local groups and has many years of experience in the music scene. Duncan performs at a number of venues in and around Hobart and has also provided musical entertainment at many weddings, parties, celebrations and corporate functions, along with events such as the Taste of Tasmania, Festivale in Launceston and the Falls Festival. With an extensive repertoire, Duncan provides a wide range of music to suit your occasion, with everything from relaxing background acoustic tunes to songs to get you up on the dance floor.  His unique ‘strum-slap’ guitar style, accompanied by a stomp-box, creates a driving rhythm and larger sound which soon has people tapping their feet.     Eleanor Meredith
    Eleanor Meredith is a pianist and singer from Hobart Tasmania. She grew up in a musical family and was encouraged explore music from a very young age mainly through singing, and at age 7 began to play piano after her parents brought one into the family home. As a self-taught songwriter, Eleanor entered and won many local talent competitions, including the Cygnet Folk Festival’s youth blackboard Competition, throughout her teen years whilst also being involved in local community Concert Bands and Big Bands where she developed an appreciation for many genres of music, but particularly a love for jazz. In 2013 Eleanor received the Hobart Jazz Club’s Ian Pearce Memorial Scholarship in Jazz Improvisation as part of the Clarence Jazz Festival giving her the opportunity to study Jazz piano properly under Randal Muir. After some time off from piano pursuing classical composition and jazz voice, Eleanor took jazz piano back up studying under Matt Boden at the Conservatorium of Music and is now in high demand as a pianist and singer both as a performer and teacher. She has led and performed in numerous ensembles, playing original compositions and arrangements, and has garnered much respect in the Hobart community for her abilities.

Originally hailing from Northern NSW, Dylan has a career history with music and brings with him more than 20 years of experience as a performer, producer and teacher. One of Hobart’s newest duos, Embers are continuing to add to their repertoire, which covers songs from the 60s – today.

    End of Conversation
    End of Conversation have been fixtures on the Tasmanian music scene for over 10 years now, thrilling crowds with their great mix of well loved covers and left of centre bangers.-  The band consists of Tony Deayton on vocals and guitar, Dave Wane on drums and vocals, siblings Ben & Callum Blizzard on vocals and bass, and keyboards respectively and their father Raymond Blizzard on vocals and guitar. The band have played all around the Island State from Smithton in far North West, Coles Bay on the East Coast, and as far South as Kettering and Port Arthur.-  Add to this pub gigs at numerous venues in and around Hobart, Weddings, Engagement, Christmas and Birthday Parties and corporate gigs galore and you can see that the boys have been bringing the fun to a host of punters in a myriad of situations.   The band are all about entertainment and always cater their set lists for each occasion.-  From 50’s and sixties exclusive sets for Tassie Rock “Ëśn’ Roll dances, gentle wedding dance requests, disco bangers and out and out pub rockers, they pride themselves on being able to deliver the goods.-  With four lead vocalists who love to harmonize, their ability to perform a range of styles is greatly enhanced, and the two guitars, keyboards, bass and drums set up means that they can cater for most requests that are thrown their way. As a band, End of Conversation realize that the night is not about them, but about the punters.-  Making sure that they send the punters home having had a great night with great memories of some great entertainment.
