  • Kovacs has never really stuck to one genre of music, he is always looking and trying new things as well as old, this makes him so perfect for so many occasions. He has played at almost every club in Tasmania to the grimy bass rooms to the lavish and classy establishments; with everything in-between. His professional skills have also allowed him to work with some serious artists like Slumberjack, Hugo Bladel, Choomba and festivals like Falls, Great Escape PITP, PITA and junction arts festival. The real defining factor of Kovcas isn't his great music choice or his skilled style of mixing however. His real strength lies in his energy. This man cannot and will not stop dancing! His clients have included The Metro Sydney, Sydney Entertainment Centre, Sydney Exhibition Centre, Star City Casino, The Enmore Theatre, The Derwent Entertainment Centre, The Silverdome, Country Club & Wrest Point Casinos, The Falls Festival, Breath of Life Festival, MS Fest, Junction Arts Festival and radio stations FBI Radio, Wild FM, 2SER, 2RSR, 2RRR, LAFM and Chilli FM. He has volunteered his time to The Cancer Council Tasmania's Relay for Life, Diversity Launceston, The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras and The DMC DJ Championships. A proficient music producer, keyboard player and turntablist with commercial releases Nufe continues his passion for music and stays actively involved with the local music scene in Tasmania and the mainland.   • Randall Foxx is a DJ, performer and an artist with a passion for great music and Dj-ing.   Randall's career as a DJ began in the late 1990s with two turntables and a crate of records. After playing drums and various instruments from a very young age mixing beats came naturally and within a short space of time Randall was playing house parties around Melbourne, immediately showcasing his ability as a super tight performer and smooth mixer.   Now with over 15 years experience as a DJ Randall Foxx has a long list of highlights and has played along side some massive and highly regarded DJ's from Australia and around the globe including Fergie, The Potbelleez, The Presets, John Course, Eric Powell, Ian Carey and many more. He has an innate ability to read the crowd before a headliner and provide the simmer before the storm or alternatively perform in the prime set and rock a party, as well as being a consistent support act for many club events including One Love and Ministry of Sound. Randall has also operated his own funk club playing 70's mash up and groove and performed at numerous private events, cafes and festivals.   In 2009 a venture overseas to London saw Randall work in event production as well as DJ'ing for The DJ Agency, a London based artist and Event Company. As well as delving into the London house music scene Randall played a variety of gigs and musical styles from Electro- pop for poolside VIP parties, down beat and dub tunes for cocktail events and straight up house club sets in Piccadilly and Clapham.   Musically his sound is diverse and dependent on the crowd the event and the requirements. Everything from banging electro house to beach side chilled is within his repertoire. Straight up and down house, break beats, hip-hop, chilled sounds and 80's inspired old school are just some of the sounds covered. In the last 2 years his sound has changed to incorporate his own remixes and a growing love for mash up and party tunes. A 2-year relocation to Sydney in 2010 saw Randall play at Soho, The Palace and other great venues around Sydney and he also travels interstate to DJ regularly.   Over the last 3 years Randall Foxx has performed at numerous festivals, events and venues such as;   Taste of Tasmania Mona 42 Days of Music Festival Two/4 Festival Spiegeltent Botanica Bar The Den Rude Boy Star Bar (Launceston) Revolver (Melb) The Docks (Melb)   Randall's up front beats and intrinsic ability to play a myriad of Styles has seen him booked consistently for private shows, weddings, Corporate events and festivals.   • ROBOTIKUS is an Australian electronic act and live DJ headed by Hobart local Scott Targett. Their original music is influenced by the Disco, Funk, and House pioneers of the 1970's & 80's. It's a fresh blend of synth-pop, fused with contagious vocal hooks, classic drum tones, and groovy guitar. Targett, a seasoned musician, has been professionally playing most his life. In 2007, his Melbourne-band, Dukes of Windsor, signed to Island/Universal records. They kept a persistent touring/recording schedule, the "˜Dukes' made their way to the top of the Australian ARIA charts, remaining in the top 50 for 20 consecutive weeks and became the ARIA #1 club song of 2007. Now based in Hobart, Tasmania, Scott's focus has turned to ROBOTIKUS, of which he is responsible for most of the production, and performs weekly on the local scene. The band's latest release on the Casablanca Sunset label, "Blame It On The Devil," features a groovy beach side guitar riff with precise electronic production, jazzy keys, and a rhythmic falsetto vocal. A true music fan, Scott tailors his sets to different musical situations and can often be heard mixing a Michael Jackson classic alongside a top 40 pop gem or the latest ROBOTIKUS release. Locally, ROBOTIKUS has performed sets at Falls Festival, MONA, Junction Arts Festival and Taste of Tasmania as well as club nights around some of Hobart's more iconic haunts.

  • Originating in Tasmania’s central north coast, Don’t Come Monday have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with on the Tasmanian music scene. Since 2015, the four-piece group have been performing along Tasmania’s North, from Musselroe Bay to Marrawah and everywhere in between. The passion of the group is to create and perform original music with lyrics about life, love, loss, peace, home, hope, happiness and, true to reality – the flip side of it all. Stylistically, the band’s music oozes the blues, infused through rock, folk, funk, reggae, country and punk arrangements alike. All delivered in a distinctly Tasmanian fashion. ‘Hangman’ (2022) is the band’s second single, after independently releasing the controversial and brutally honest, ‘Convenience (Will Kill Us),’ from the six-track ‘Hands of Time’ EP in 2020 to widespread positive response. The band boasts multiple decades of combined musical and performance experience, with prolific songwriter Rob Rose (Thongs and Socks Collective, FOLKUS) on lead vocals, Grant Hearps (Golden Sunbird, Home Brewed Blues, Swell Magnet) on bass, Fintan McCullough (Tessa Lee and The Cold Weather Band, Midnight Messengers) on guitar, and Rick Lovell (Billy Rocket Band, Paradigm, Fireball) on drums. Over the years of gigging, Don’t Come Monday have been fortunate enough to share the bill with such acclaimed Australian artists as Johnny Diesel, Things of Stone and Wood, The Pete Cornelius Band, The Bad Dad Orchestra, Claire Anne Taylor, The Saxons, Canning Duck, Raccoon Dog, Radio Street Band, The Sheyana Band, Cotton Pony, Big Alcatraz, Whalebone, Adapt, and many more.   • Drew Grey is a solo artist and DJ, who has been playing pubs, clubs, functions, and weddings along the Northwest coast for the last 18 odd years. The last 10 years Drew has been concentrating on live looping with the acoustic and electric guitars and plays a wide range of music to suit most crowds. Being able to combine the solo performance along with DJing makes it ideal for weddings and functions where you can have acoustic music playing early on and then get the disco party happening and liven things up as the night goes on. Drew has been involved as a singer and cast member with Cradle Coast Theatre’s production of Ring of Fire (the Johnny Cash Story) (2022) and On the Road Again (2023), which has given him a deeper appreciation for country music, as well as Performing in Devonport Choral Society’s production of The Buddy Holly Story (2021) and The Full Monty (2024). Drew continues to travel the state constantly providing reliable and quality entertainment.
